We create your cd, and process it for shipping in 3 to 4 days, although we try to get an order out sooner, if at all possible. If payment involves a personal check, the check will have to clear the banks before shipping, and that will add time to the process. We encourage online ordering with credit or debit card, although you may call in your order, or send us an email and we will return the call and process the order over the phone.
We ship by U.S. Postal Service and will accept money orders purchased through them as well. We also use the USPS Delivery Confirmation Service.
First Class ground shipping by USPS is FREE in the United States. This method may take 3-7 days depending on your location and holidays. On rare occasions, it may take a bit longer.
Priority shipping by USPS is $4.60 and offers 2-3 days service in most locations.
For Canada, we use Global Priority, $7 for the first item. Europe, U.K., Australia, Global Priority is $9 for the first cd. Any customs, import fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.

We carefully make each cd, checking it for quality before shipping it to your loved one. Customer service is very important to us. Please call or email us with any questions you may have. Because of the personalization of the product, we do not give refunds, but will exchange for the same name and the same cd within 14 days if there is a mistake on our part, or a manufacturing defect.
